Common questions
Do drivers need to install an app?
No. They sign in from the browser on their own phone and see only their own orders.
How do I know a driver handed over all the cash?
Settlement compares what the driver collected with what they hand over. The difference, if any, is recorded against that driver.
Does every delivery customer need an account?
No. For cash on delivery a phone number is enough; regular customers can still have full accounts with credit.
