Multi-branch

Every branch, one view

PharmaEdge runs a chain as easily as one pharmacy: each branch has its own stock, staff and cash, items move between branches with tracked transfers, and the owner sees every branch — or all of them together — from one place.

What you can do across branches

  • Per-branch or combined

Dashboards and reports for one branch or the whole chain, filtered in one click.

  • Staff see their own branches

Each user works only in the branches they're assigned to; owners and admins see everything.

  • Work across branches

Staff assigned to several branches switch where they're working with a single tap.

  • Branch transfers

Request, approve, ship and receive stock between branches, with goods in transit always visible.

  • One catalogue and customer list

Items, prices and customers are shared across the chain, so a customer's credit follows them to any branch.

  • The owner's daily WhatsApp summary

A daily summary of sales and alerts sent to the owner's WhatsApp at the hour you choose, from your pharmacy's WhatsApp provider.

Check every branch from your phone

Today's sales and profit, cash in each drawer and what needs attention — per branch or combined — on the phone in your pocket.

Transfers you can trace

Every transfer has a requester, an approver, a sender and a receiver. Stock in transit is counted until it arrives, so it never quietly disappears between branches.

Good to know

  • The number of branches and users depends on your plan.

Common questions

Can I add a branch later?

Yes. Add it when you open it; your plan's branch limit decides how many you can run.

Can one employee work in two branches?

Yes. Assign them to both and they switch between them; they never see branches they aren't assigned to.

Can I see all branches together?

Yes. Reports and the dashboard can show one branch or the whole chain combined.
