Welcome to PharmaEdge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our pharmacy management system, website, and related services. By using PharmaEdge, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the PharmaEdge pharmacy management platform and all related features.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Account" refers to your registered pharmacy account on PharmaEdge.
• "Subscription" refers to your selected service plan and payment arrangement.

2. Account Registration

To use PharmaEdge, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

3.1 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Plan features and limits are as described at the time of purchase

3.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. Trial terms, duration, and features may vary. No payment information is required for the trial period.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Paymob. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

3.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial payment. Refunds are not available for renewals or partial subscription periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use the Service to store or transmit infringing content

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you enter into PharmaEdge. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for providing and improving our services. We will not sell your data to third parties.

6. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Technical support is available 24/7 via email and WhatsApp. Response times may vary based on your subscription plan.

7. Intellectual Property

PharmaEdge, including its software, design, logos, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHARMAEDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions of third parties or external factors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PharmaEdge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
