- Payment-due reminders for credit customers aren't automated yet; balances and statements are always up to date.
- WhatsApp reminders are sent through your pharmacy's own WhatsApp provider account (Meta WhatsApp Business, Twilio, UltraMsg or CallMeBot).
Common questions
Can I stop a customer going over their credit limit?
Yes. Customers with a limit can't be sold on credit beyond it; cash-only customers can't buy on credit at all.
Do I need WhatsApp Business for reminders?
You need an account with one of the supported WhatsApp providers; we help you connect it during setup.
Do customers earn points on online orders?
Not yet — points are earned and redeemed at the counter today.
